Awesome Fried Duck!

I don't know where I have been over the past 30 years of duck hunting to just now try a simple recipe of fried duck for the very first time. I might have to prepare duck like this every time now and my kids loved it too. Man it was awesome!!!!!!

Additions to boil

just curious, what other additions (proteins) do you add to crawfish,shrimp and crab boils. I know everyone adds sausage to the boils but anything else? I have added a pork loin to the water and it came out great. Anyone tried catfish filets?

I've never tried it personally, but it think catfish filets would fall apart in a boil. A few things I've tried as far as proteins is Mickey Browns Hot Tamale's, Hot Dogs,Deer Sausage, Whole Chickens,Eggs, Cocktail Weenies, and Oysters in the shell. They all came out good. Good Luck!

Ok boys I need a or some recipes for black drum. i have the whole fish shold i cook the whole fish or filet? i'm not looking to fry this fish but grill on a wood fired grill. any recipes are appreciated and will be used to try them out. Thanks in advance.

Shrimp boil question

South Louisiana living in North Dallas now. I am boiling 40 lbs of shrimp and a few dozen crabs next weekend so I'm starting to get my stuff ready.

this is how i do it. if u are going to boil together I would season the water and bring to boil, drop in crabs and boil for 5 minutes, then drop in shrimp and boil for another minute and shut it down and let it sit for couple of minutes.Shrimp cooks fast.
